Renowned South African Company Visits China Coal Group for Cooperation Signing

On August 26, a five-member procurement delegation from a renowned South African enterprise visited China Coal Group for an inspection and business negotiations. The delegation focused on evaluating several core mining equipment products, including drilling rigs, U-shaped steel supports, and mining excavators, ultimately resulting in multiple successful procurement agreements. The delegation was warmly received by senior executives including Mr. Li Zhenbo, General Manager of the Informationization Department and General Manager of Zhongyun Group, and Ms. Zhang Wen, General Manager of the Cross-border E-commerce Company, who presided over the bilateral meetings.

Accompanied by the Group’s leadership, the South African delegation toured the intelligent equipment manufacturing workshop and the digital product exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the production processes, craftsmanship quality, and technological innovation capabilities of various mining equipment. The delegation highly praised the exceptional performance, advanced intelligent features, and reliable quality assurance of our products, expressing particular interest in the high-efficiency operational capabilities of the drilling rigs and the robust reliability of the U-shaped steel supports.

At the subsequent negotiation meeting, both parties engaged in in-depth and productive discussions on product technical specifications, after-sales service, and long-term cooperation models. Building on the solid foundation of prior communication and the mutual trust established through this on-site inspection, the South African enterprise signed procurement contracts for multiple products with our Group on the spot, marking a substantial step forward in the partnership.

This cooperation marks an important strategic move for China Coal Group in deepening its presence in the international market, particularly in Africa’s mining and energy sectors. The Group will fully leverage its strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities, along with its cross-border e-commerce channels, to provide customers with comprehensive solutions. This initiative further consolidates the Group’s brand influence in South Africa and the broader African market, highlights the international competitiveness of ‘Made-in-China’ in the high-end equipment field, and adds another significant milestone to the Group’s global strategic layout.
