The emulsion pump station is a power device used to supply hydraulic supports in fully mechanized mining faces or single hydraulic props in conventional mining faces. It is also suitable as a power source for ground-based high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment and other hydraulic systems. It mainly consists of an emulsion tank, emulsion pump units (two sets), and a hydraulic control system.
The emulsion pump station can provide a stable high-pressure emulsion, meeting the operational needs of hydraulic props.
Due to the unique underground coal mine environment, the emulsion pump station typically employs explosion-proof motors and electrical components to ensure safe operation in flammable and explosive conditions.
Equipped with a high-efficiency filter, the emulsion pump station ensures the cleanliness of the emulsion, preventing impurities from entering the hydraulic system, thereby extending the service life of both the pump station and hydraulic props.
With a compact structure and easy installation, it can operate stably for extended periods in harsh environments, reducing failure rates. Beyond hydraulic prop systems in coal mines, it is also applicable to tunnel engineering, mining projects, and other scenarios requiring hydraulic power.
The emulsion pump station is designed rationally, with key components that are easy to disassemble and maintain. Regular maintenance and upkeep can prolong the equipment’s service life, ensuring efficient operation.

A metal articulated roof beam is a support beam used in coal mine working faces, located above single hydraulic props and below the roof, to transmit roof pressure. It is a roof beam used for supporting the roof in coal mine working faces. The metal articulated roof beam can be paired with various types of single metal props to form a metal support frame, serving as a high-strength roof beam for coal mines in horizontal and gently inclined mining faces. It is installed at the top of single props, with beams hinged to each other, functioning as a load-bearing component for roof protection in the mining face.
The metal articulated roof beam consists of a beam body, joints, lugs, pins, and angle-adjusting wedges. Pins and wedges are used to achieve hinging between beams and cantilever support. The bottom plate of the beam body features a scalloped groove, facilitating the support of the roof cover at various positions on the beam body and preventing the props from slipping.
Designed to effectively handle environments with significant lateral pressures, making it ideal for tunnel construction projects.
Provides superior flexibility, allowing the prop to distribute forces more evenly across a wider area, reducing the risk of tunnel collapse.
The combination of the lateral load capacity and flexible beam design contributes to greater safety in high-pressure environments, preventing structural failure.
